Villa Brac is suitable accommodation for 6 people. The villa consists of a ground floor, first floor and a fully equipped roof terrace.

Ground floor of villa Brac has fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, espresso coffee machine and all other technical details for your complete comfort.

On the ground floor is also a dining room for 8 or more persons, living room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, dressing room and exit to the spacious terrace with beautiful sea view.

On the first floor of the villa Brac is a living area with fireplace and terrace, library with its own terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

At the top of the villa is roof terrace which can be reached by stairs from the first floor. Roof terrace is fully furnished and equipped with deck chairs for relaxing, sun lounges and hammock lounges, speakers for music, lamps, night light, as it provides the amazing sea view on the island of Hvar in the distance.

In the court of the villa Brac is barbecue, furniture for dining and relaxing, and outdoor shower.

Stairs from the villa lead you directly to the sea where are deck chairs for sunbathing. Villa also has a pier for small boat, electricity, floor heating, TV, telescope.
