Villa Dubrovnik is situated in a beautiful place Orasac 15 km from one of the most beautiful and history richest of the Croatian town of Dubrovnik.

Villa Dubrovnik Dream consists of a large property with a garden and a swimming pool, ground floor and 2 floors, and is suitable accommodation for 8  people.

At the entrance to the property villas is decorated garden begins with Mediterranean plants, with 3 parking spaces and landscaped walkways that lead to the entrance to the villa.

On ground floor are two modern double bedrooms with own modern-style bathroom. Each bedroom has a terrace with garniture for relaxing with a beautiful panoramic sea view.

First floor of Villa Dubrovnik Dream comprises of two double modern brdrooms with own modern-style bathroom. Each bedroom has a balcony with seating garniture to relax with breathtaking panoramic sea views.

The second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Dream consists of modern and fully equipped kitchens, dinning area, large living room and balcony with garnitur for relaxing with a beautiful panoramic sea view.

• Final cleaning 300 Euro (paid upon arrival)
• Additional cleaning of villa, property, changing a towels and bed linen 2 times per week 200 Euros (payable on arrival)

Service at disposal with additional charge:

• Transfer from airport to Orasac (Kombi (max. 8 passengers): 70 euro;Mercedes S-Class: 60 euro:Standard car: 50 euro – Price is per vehicle

• General taxi service: (Pick up fee: 10 euro, 1,5 euro per km, Waiting time 10 euro per hour)

• Shopping service: (50 euro + shopping charge;This includes collecting list from villa during stay (if it is not provided by email) doing shopping and delivering to villa, unpacking if required.)

• Housecleaning service: (General house cleaning 2 x per week – 200 euro (week). This includes cleaning equipment and detergents etc.

• Private cook: (Still negotiating. Price is approx. 100-150 euro per day (lunch and dinner).

• Motor boat – Fairline Phantom 40: 1.000,00 euro + fuel (cash payment);1.250,00 euro + fuel + VAT (23%) (credit card payments);Price includes one day boat hire, skipper, transfers to/from villa

• Washing and ironing by request with additional charge by ptice list (Dirty clothes are picked up and returned cleaned and ironed to guests.)

• Other services (on request) (Hairdresser, manicure, pedicure – prices will depend on guests specific wishes. There is in Dubrovnik an exclusive salon with private VIP treatment room. This can be booked for guests or guests can go to nearby Radisson hotel. Driver will pick up guests from villa, take to salon, and return to villa after appointment.)

• Massage – can arrange for therapist to visit villa to massage guests. This can be arranged during stay using service phone.
