When my husband booked this holiday, I was very uncertain as I had never been to Croatia before. I have traveled to Thailand and many other countries, but I must say that this place is absolutely stunning. The old town is incredibly beautiful, and the entire area is impeccably clean with not a speck of dirt anywhere. We enjoyed long walks and found the people to be extremely helpful. We were so impressed that we are already planning to return next year with our friends, as we want to share this hidden gem with them too. However, I do hope that it remains unspoiled as more tourists begin to discover it.

When you're in pag, make sure to check out this place. The entrance fee is only 3 euros and it offers a pleasant 2 km walk in one direction and then back. Keep in mind that it can get hot, but there are some shaded areas along the way, so be prepared. The oldest tree, the widest tree, and other highlights are located closer to the second entrance, so it might be better to park there. If you park at the first entrance, you'll have to walk the full 2 km and then back, like we did. Our visit took about 1.5 hours, and it was quite a long walk. I would recommend doing this activity on a cloudy day, as it can be difficult to avoid the sun otherwise. The place was open from 09:00 to 16:00.
