I have always been fond of the belltower's design at the Igrane church, as it bears a resemblance to the one found at Split Cathedral. It is quite impressive, especially considering the small size of the village. The current parish Church of Our Lady of the Rosary was constructed in 1752, located outside the village and below the present-day road. It underwent renovations in 1906 and was later expanded with the addition of two side chapels in 1939, adopting the shape of a Latin cross.

Licinianus Epigram
User reviews
The tale of Licinianus and his wife resembles a Zivogosce version of Romeo and Juliet, albeit without the iconic scene of her on the window sill. Nevertheless, it remains a captivating place to explore and envision how it must have appeared during the Roman era. It's astonishing to think that this area was once home to numerous ancient Roman settlements, boasting fortified villas in several nearby villages. It is unfortunate, however, that the water from the well cannot be consumed.

There are actually two churches or chapels of St. Cross in Old Podgora; this one is the lower and smaller of the two. It was built by a family I know from the time when we owned a house nearby. My husband, son, and I have passed by it many times. It was nice to see it restored now, although the works are still not completed.

To visit the sky walk, it is necessary to book a time slot. We purchased our tickets online the night before and there were still spaces available. We took a screenshot of the tickets on our phone. The cost was €8 per person in the car. Upon arrival, we joined the queue and then drove up to the sky walk on the hour. The experience was not scary at all, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of passing places along the way. It took us approximately 30 minutes to reach the sky walk, and we didn't feel rushed once we arrived. We highly recommend this activity.
